Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

    • Rate: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days

    • Rate: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Economy Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days

    • Rate: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.


International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.

  • Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to their orders.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at ronaldo@perfumepartials.comwithin 5 days of delivery.

  • For damaged items, please include photos of the damaged package and items to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  • Once orders are accepted by USPS or the carrier of your choice at checkout, all responsibility goes to the shipping carrier of your choice.

Changes to Your Order

  • If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us immediately at ronaldo@perfumepartials.com Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
